How To Get Traffic And Links To Your Blog

If you are looking to get poeple to advertise on your blog or you are looking to be respected by other poeple in your industry you need to make sure that you are getting traffic and links. People will often judge how successful your blog is by looking at the Technorati authority score and the Alexa ranking.

There are three main steps towards getting links and traffic to your blog, if you get all three steps right you will without a doubt get traffic and links.
Good Content
Find something interesting to write about. People like to read breaking news, funny stories, statistics, top ten lists and guides. All of these things can work well. Never lie and always back up your facts by citing your sources.
Neat Packaging
Make sure that you have a custom design for your blog; a standard blog theme without customization isn’t going to kick it. Make your posts easy to read; break them down into sections with headings. Try to include pictures or images wherever possible. If your blog does not look the part many people will not be able to see past that.
Proper Marketing
You need to get people to see your blog posts. Telling your friends about them, using social media websites and making sure that they show up well in the search engines are all great ways to do this.
You need to have all three of these things right for your blog to get traffic and links, take away any one of these three elements from the equation and you dramatically reduce your chances.
